And how is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive? --Homer Simpson

Too much pork? Now that is a question to give a lot of thought to. On one hand I could eat a pork product at every mean including snacks. On the other many restaurants have taken advantage of our pork loving ways and add pork to entice us to order. Just because you add pork to something doesnt make it automatically better, eventhough as we read it on the menu we get giddy with excitement.
I have hastely order many items just for the pork and have been let down, from the quality of the ham or bacon, doneness or just the overall misuse. As we all know salt is a major player in pork and if you try to combine that to too many other salty items it won't work also if you try to use it as the main flavor it won't work either because as easy as it is to add pork it is hard to get that perfect combo of flavors to not be let down.
My suggestion bacon lovers, when you see something that looks too good to be true, get it but with reservation (unless the restaurant you are ordering from is a proven winner) because just by adding our favorite pork item to something doesn't make it better.
